What is Coaching?

Coaching helps you get started and stay motivated on your personal journey to improve your sexual health and wellbeing.

At SASH, Coaching is designed to empower you in reaching your health and wellbeing objectives, and assisting you in making positive changes in your life. This means your Coach will work closely with you on a personalised level, leveraging on your individual strengths and values, and equipping you with the necessary tools to achieve your wellness goals.

Once you've entered the SASH service, your Care Coordinator will determine if Coaching is the correct approach for you, then assign you to a Coach based on availability and the support you require.

Your Coach will then guide you through incremental steps towards reaching your goals, providing guidance and support throughout your journey, ultimately empowering you to succeed. They will give you encouragement, perspective, guidance and feedback without judgement to help you make positive progress.

At SASH, we offer up to 12 one-to-one sessions of Coaching.
